Complete the below application to apply for lab and/or office space or to renew your current residency at the Querrey InQbation Lab (1801 Maple) in Evanston. Please use the direct link to apply for space if using a screenreader.
Note that space licenses have a 1 year term and are eligible for one-time renewal.
