I am a corporate attorney with 25+ years of practicing transactional law in the fields of venture capital and early stage financing, entrepreneurship, and contracts. Currently, I spend most of my time teaching classes around entrepreneurship at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, including venture capital, advanced contracts, and the entrepreneurship law clinic. I can help advise entrepreneurs and start-up businesses on corporate, technology, venture capital and other transactional matters.
